My son is studying in U KG standard at New Horizon Gurukul school. School transport facility is pathetic, management is very rude and adamant in listening to concerns or complaints regarding transportation.
ReplyDeleteWe also had the same experience with this School, my daughter is studying in nursery and initially in April during admissions school administration told us that the bus pickup and drops will be from residence but later after admissions the new principle of the Gurukul branch denied to this fact and said that he was not there in the administration when it was communicated to the parents so it is not necessary that they will provide this facility. We have to go half a kilometer for pickup and drop at the school bus, we are planning to stop using the school bus. I would recommend that before depositing the school fee get such points agreed and signed by the principle himself so that he cannot give such silly arguments.
ReplyDeleteMy son is in Ukg Standard at New Horizon Gurukul.The communication between the school & parents is not good.The School teachers do not allow parents to write any complaint on the diaries.Above all the school transport system is really bad.
ReplyDeleteMy son is in 1 std at new Horizon Gurukul.After 1 month they had change the school timetable and increase 1 and half hour.We got the news and went to complain about the system,they said that CBSE rules has changed so according to that time incresead.Other CBSE school did't change the time.Morning my son goes at 7.00am and returend home at 4.30pm.Transport system is also not good.
