Deletenot for class 1 please. you can consider this school after 6th
DeleteThe classes are from 1st grade to 12th grade. For admissions meet Sangita Maam, only, amazing human being,so helpful, she knows all the students and their parents ,she does her work so dutifully. My son studies in The Amaatra Academy, and Sangita Maam has helped us even after the admission procedure has completed,She is one person, very dependable, whom one can contact regarding the school at any time of the day,you will be surprised to meet her in school as early as 7am in the school.God bless her with good health so that she can continue serving the school .
DeleteHeard that the admissions for 2017-2018 is starting from October,2016,is it true. Can anyone share Ms.Sangita's contact no.I have been suggested to contact her only.
DeleteSangita Ma'am can be contacted on #9900751412.You may contact her for the admission details.
DeleteSneha Maam, has your child joined The Amaatra Academy, what is your opinion about the school ?
DeleteStarted as a great school, but has turned to be a hopeless one.
ReplyDeleteAll goons in one place. Mr.Jawahar wake up.
I second you,Mr. Anonymous.Almost a year since the Primary Section has started, but not a seperate play area for the kids,I visited the school on Monday,17th Oct,2016,and was aghast to see the primary school children running and playing in the ground and the Sr. school boys were playing football in the same ground.BAD !!!
DeleteAm planning to en role my kid into 11 grade in Amatra...looking forward for some feedback
ReplyDeleteRajan, Did you get any feedback. Able to decide, if its worth or worthless school for 11th grade
DeleteHi Anonymous, Why do you say so? What was your bad experience? Who are you- a student, parent, teacher?
DeleteWorst school. Please don't put your child there. The teachers don't care for the students. If your child is getting above 90% on other schools, he/she will end up getting between 70 to 80% even though he/she is capable of getting above 90%. The teachers are very arrogant. They are very rude. The principal is like a dictator. The co-ordinator is very very rude. They will not even show you, your child's papers. If the teachers decides that your child has to be graded with "C" grade then no matter what "C" grade is what you will get. You will not be allowed to open your mouth and ask, as the teachers think they are the ultimate and have all power to do what they like. They keep saying, we will show you who we are. With good intentions we would have put our child there, but the teachers keep saying, you students think, you come from rich back ground and we will show you who we are. Out of 40 students just 1 or 2 will get A1. The rest are pulled down as much as possible. Students are demotivated due to their low scores. These are the same students who are doing well in international Olympiads end up getting low grades here just because teachers don't like them.
DeletePleases don't get carried away by the infrastructure.
Hi Rajan,
DeleteHave you decided on this ?
My child has joined 11th std this year, joined PCMB and I and very happy about the school.
DeleteI will be pulling out my child from the school.
DeleteFalse promises, lack of facilities (as of 2015) and does not live up to its expectation of college prep school.Only worth for 9th grade upwards .Do not admit your ward if he?she is in the 6th.7th.or 8th grade.
ReplyDeleteHi, Any input about the 11 & 12 grade teaching quality in Amatra? I visited the school and they mentioned that they are doing CBSE this year not PUC. also they are not going with BASE or Biju rather they will be doing integrated couching for IITJEE by themself. Rally need some current experience and feedback please - Indranil
ReplyDelete@shinhababu532 's information on the last 2 points is correct. It was confirmed to my wife and me by their admin. We are looking for information on 9th - 12th grade as well, but not getting clear verdict. So far, looks like a mixed bag.
ReplyDeleteHi..Amaarta is starting with grade 1 from next year. Admissions are also going on..I am looking for honest feedback/suggestions.. would you suggest this school for lower grades? I met the admission coordinate Ms. Sangeeta today and was very impressed. What's your view?I am looking for grade 1. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteDid you get any feedback?
DeleteLooking for my son's admission in Class 1 in Amaatra Academy, any feedback from parents of kids going there any grade would be really helpful.Thanks.
Hi,I went to school hoping to meet Ms. Sangeeta, but met Mrs.Latha ,who seemed to be always on her mobile and would leave the room to continue her conversation on mobile with out even excusing herself. She does not have the required fluency in spoken English, wonder how she is handling this dept.More so she gave me an input for which I need help. She pointed to a chart pin on the board which states the age criteria for admission to the CBSE classes,as per the chart,my son can join 4th grade but is at present studying in 2nd grade, she told me that since CBSE has given this chart my son is eligble to study in grade 4th irrespective of him not studying 3rd grade. Is it so ?
DeleteDid anyone got input for 11th & 12th standard teaching ?
ReplyDeleteDid anyone got input regarding 11th & 12th standard teaching quality ?
ReplyDeleteAny input on 11th grade teaching of Amaatra acedemy ?
ReplyDeleteHi, Really need a Honest detailed experience feedback for class 11 admission
ReplyDelete- on teachers academic background.
- CET/ IITJEET prep cources
- Are they clearing doughts
- How is their Last years board results
- How many of the passout student got ENG/ Medical etc in good colleges
- They are asking nearly 2.5 Lakhs this year. Is it justified ??
Putting pressure is one thing that I expect them to do. Understand that more of our kids are a bit pampared and they might crack if pressurised. But the flipside is that the kids need to face reality someday or others.
How about fee structure for grade 4 ?
ReplyDeleteLooking for honest feedback about the school. Looking for 4th grade admission.
ReplyDeletethis school sucks. It is the worst school i have been to. I don't recommend it.
ReplyDeletethis school sucks. Its the worst school ive been to. I dont recommend it
ReplyDeleteDon't even think about joining. If you are planning on joining in 6th, 7th,8th
i warn you that it is literally hell. The kids know about 100 bad words that i didn't even know existed before i joined.andd worse, they use it,too.
And yeah, they do a lot of stuff in the bathroom that i don't want to describe. So think twice before joining.
i hate it
ReplyDeleteCan anyone advise on the fee structure?
ReplyDeleteI'm a student in Amaatra and I have been there since the first year. Let me be honest, this would have been one of the most beautiful schools in Bangalore if there wouldn't have been large numbers of students from other schools who have a tough time controlling their tongues. Even children of th 6th grade use language ridden with expletives. Introverted pupils will not enjoy this.On the bright side the school's infrastructure is very good (though they haven't completed it yet ) and they are science oriented. They have excellent faculty and will make sure you score well. However, the school management could be much more organized. If your child is street smart, passionate and has a no-nonsense approach towards learning then join the Amaatra academy.
ReplyDeleteI am planning to enroll my daughter for 3rd standard. Can anyone give feedback how's the school.. as reading above feedback all are negative..
